Booking Your Next Coaching Session (Phone or In-Person):

Step 1: Select the Appointment Type for Existing Clients (In Person / By Phone – 60, 90, 120 Minutes) – let the page refresh.

Step 2: Select the Day of the Month from the calendar below to reveal times that are available for that day (or click Next Month to view more options).

Step 3: Select the Time of Day you’d like your session – these are in Eastern Time (Toronto/New York) and need to be updated in your schedule if you’re in another time zone.

Step 4: Fill out the form with your Name, Phone, Email and add in any background info you’d like to share with me or put in your session number if you remember it.

Step 5: Submit your request.

Step 6: I’ll confirm it manually ( usually between 2-6 hours) and you’ll get a confirmation message with the details you submitted. You will also get reminders about the session.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, there’s a link for that in the confirmation & reminder emails (remember – please give me at least 24-48 hours notice otherwise you might have to pay for your session).
